"Their customer service was satisfactory. When purchasing the helmet they had an employee in training, who, for the lack of better words, is the problem with youth today ( smartass, but not in a good way and lazy). But, you could tell that the manager was not too happy with his performance. Everybody else was great. Weird pic to helmet that was not in stock and had to be shipped from a different store. They said it would take about five business days to get in, and they would call when it arrived. After two weeks, I called to get the status of the helmet. It had been there for over a week, I went in and picked it up with no other issues. Overall good place with knowledgeable staff "

"The people at cycle gear are fantastic, if you have problems with your bike, (for example my triumph) they generally will open up with their own experiences first, and then give you a couple ideas about how to come about fixing your problem.
